Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate located in New Delhi. The Legal Associate will be responsible for preparing handling various legal matters by coordinating with on-panel counsels, extensive drafting of contracts and petitions, preparation of briefing notes and LOD for briefing senior counsels, conducting legal research.

The role also involves effective communication and coordinating and collaborating directly with the Board

Qualifications

  • LLB from a reputed Law College &
    7 years of Minimum Experience is a mandatory requirement
  • Expertise in
    Companies Act & Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code
    (especially with handling CIRP and Preparation of Resolution Plans)
  • Exposure to
    Criminal Law (White Collar Crimes) & 138 NI Act
    is an added advantage
  • Exposure to
    Real Estate Matters
    is a PLUS
  • Role involves more in-house work rather than litigating in Courts
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to address Legal Issues
  • Expertise in Drafting
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Remuneration as per Industry Standards
