Restoworks ) is looking for a
Legal Associate
to join our in-house legal team at our Delhi office. This role is ideal for someone with 3–4 years of experience who enjoys working on a diverse mix of contracts and compliance matters in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including SaaS contracts, commercial contracts, general contracts, and employment agreements;
  • Provide legal support and advice to internal stakeholders on day-to-day business operations;
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data privacy requirements across all jurisdictions Restroworks operates in;
  • Develop and maintain contract templates, processes, and policies to drive efficiency;
  • Identify potential legal risks and propose practical solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • LL.B. with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong experience handling SaaS and commercial contracts.
  • Exposure to employment law and data privacy laws.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to balance attention to detail and business needs
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
