Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate at MRM Legal, located in New Delhi. The Associate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, preparing case strategies, and representing clients in court. The role entails collaborating with senior attorneys, attending client meetings, and staying updated with the latest legal developments and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters
  • Skills in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
  • Ability to develop case strategies and represent clients in court
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Understanding of the Indian legal system and relevant case laws
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution; LL.M is a plus
  • Prior experience working in a legal firm or chamber is beneficial
