Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Operations Executive based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing sales operations, coordinating between teams, analyzing sales data, and ensuring smooth execution of daily sales processes. The position requires developing and maintaining customer relationships, addressing client inquiries, and contributing to the growth of sales through effective communication and operational management.

Mandatory Skill: Proficient in Sales/Order process, Excel, Reports and Numbers.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships and addressing client needs
  • Process orders and coordinate with clients/warehouse
  • Coordinate with clients/warehouses to monitor the stocks
  • Stock, Sales, short supply and to-fulfill reports updating on daily basis
  • Prepare and review Demand Vs Sales reports
  • Knowledge of supply chain/inventory will be preferred
  • Other reports as required from time to time.
  • Proven Sales and Sales Operations experience to drive business performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in the FMCG sector is advantageous

Soft Skills:

  • Good in English communication (verbal & written) and telephonic skills
  • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize with attention to detail.
