Social Media Manager – Freelancer (4+ Years Experience)

Job Overview

ICore Software Technologies is looking for a creative and experienced Freelance Social Media Manager with 4+ years of experience in managing and growing brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content planning, community engagement, performance tracking, and brand storytelling.

You will work with our in-house design and marketing teams to create impactful social media strategies that align with client objectives and enhance digital visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple clients across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars with engaging posts, reels, and stories.
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams to produce creative, on-brand visuals and captions.
  • Oversee daily posting, audience engagement, and community management.
  • Monitor brand mentions, respond to queries/comments, and maintain positive online presence.
  • Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Analytics.
  • Stay updated on latest trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to maintain a modern brand voice.
  • Assist in campaign planning for promotions, launches, and special events.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all client social media channels.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in social media management for multiple brands or clients.
  • Proven ability to grow audience engagement and brand visibility.
  • Strong creative writing skills for captions and campaign ideas.
  • Experience using scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.
  • Good understanding of content trends, audience behavior, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and deliver consistent performance reports.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in reel/video content planning and influencer collaborations.
  • Knowledge of basic design tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express).
  • Familiarity with paid social campaigns is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Prior experience in a service-based digital agency is preferred.
