About Us:

We are a growing D2C brand focused on [your industry/products]. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who has hands-on experience in scaling consumer product brands. This role is strictly for candidates with in-house product brand experience (not agency background).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across performance, social, content, email, and influencer marketing.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing for our product portfolio.
  • Manage paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) with a focus on ROI and growth.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to ensure strong brand storytelling and positioning.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, adjusting strategies for maximum impact.
  • Stay updated with the latest D2C and e-commerce trends to innovate and scale brand presence.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in D2C/product-based companies.
  • Strong background in performance marketing and brand building.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue and customer base for consumer brands.
  • Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in managing influencer campaigns and community building.
  • Knowledge of SEO, affiliate marketing, and retention strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹55,000.00 per month
