We're not looking for someone with years of experience — we're looking for someone hungry to learn, curious to experiment, and eager to grow into a full-stack digital marketer.

As a Digital Marketing Generalist – Growth Trainee, you'll work across ads, email, retention, content workflows, and automation tools, getting exposed to how real D2C brands grow. You'll be part of a nimble team that moves fast, tests fast, and learns faster. You'll gain practical experience with modern tools, AI workflows, and systems used by top global brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in launching and optimizing Meta and Google ad campaigns.
  • Learn to interpret creative briefs, ad hooks, and funnel strategies.
  • Support the team in email, WhatsApp, and push campaigns.
  • Explore and document AI and automation tools for ads, content, analytics, and reporting.
  • Collaborate on daily performance dashboards, creative asset audits, and competitor tracking.
  • Be a hands-on executor and experimenter who figures out "what works" and "what needs fixing."

What We're Looking For

  • Excited to build a career in modern marketing, not textbook theory.
  • Comfortable with tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Sheets, Canva, or enjoy experimenting with new platforms.
  • Ability to jump into any task and figure it out, even if you've never done it before.
  • Thrive in a small, fast-moving team with a steep learning curve.
  • Interest in understanding the full customer lifecycle — awareness, conversion, retention.
