  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure consistency across all social media channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns and ensure ad spend is optimized to reach key target audiences.
  • Develop social media calendars and content schedules, ensuring timely posts across platforms.
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations where applicable.
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance and suggest areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A portfolio of past social media work is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
  • Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and how it relates to social media.
