Jain Software is looking for a Junior Social Media Manager to assist in managing and growing our online presence. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, passionate about digital marketing, and eager to learn in a fast-paced IT environment. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, schedule posts, and analyze performance across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Twitter.
  • Create and schedule engaging posts, carousels, memes, and videos that highlight Jain Software's services (web/app development, ERP solutions, hosting, etc.).
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry news to stay updated on social media best practices.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and increasing community interaction.
  • Track social media metrics and assist in preparing reports for performance analysis.
  • Support in running paid ad campaigns under senior guidance.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to ensure brand consistency.
Requirements:
  • 0-1 year of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Passion for technology and IT solutions.
