About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our brand's online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and content creation to drive brand awareness, audience growth, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, and carousels).
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
  • Run and optimize paid social media ad campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Implement influencer collaborations and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends for innovation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and content strategies.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
  • Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports using Google Analytics and platform insights.
  • Knowledge of paid advertising on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or brand management.
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing.
