Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission and Sales Manager located in Trivandrum. The Admission and Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the admissions process, managing sales activities, implementing sales tactics, tracking sales goals, and compiling sales reports. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies, and conducting outreach activities to foster relationships with prospective students and partners.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing admissions processes and sales activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with potential students and partners
- Ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Proficiency in using CRM software, tools, and other sales tracking systems
- Organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the edtech industry is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and me
