Role Description:

Sales Executive cum Front Desk Staff

We are looking for a Sales Executive cum Front Desk Staff to join our team in Trivandrum on a full-time, on-site basis.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for students and visitors while also playing a key part in driving admissions to the academy.

Key Responsibilities:
Interact with walk-in and online leads to convert inquiries into admissions.

Explain course details, fee structure, and career opportunities to potential students.

Manage front desk operations handle calls, schedule appointments, and maintain admission records.

Follow up with leads and ensure excellent customer service.

Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to meet monthly admission targets.

Maintain a friendly and professional environment for visitors and students.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with students and parents.
  • computer knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
  • Freshers are welcome training will be provided.
  • Previous experience in sales, counseling, or customer service (especially in the education field) is an added advantage.
  • Goal-oriented and organized with a positive attitude.
