We are looking for high-potential MBAs with 3–5 years of work experience, from any academic background, who are ready to take real ownership of business and projects and grow into leadership roles.
_ Role Overview_
This role is designed for professionals who want more than routine execution. You will work closely with senior leadership and founders, take responsibility for outcomes, and gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end business operations and P&L management, with a clear growth path into Business Head / General Management roles.

- Own outcomes and take accountability for results
- Are keen to learn end-to-end operations and P&L fundamentals
- Aspire to grow into Business Head / General Management roles
Who Should Apply
- MBAs with 3–5 years of experience (any academic background)
- Experience in Operations, Projects, Sales, Techno-commercial roles, FMCG, or Consulting
- Exposure to Trade / Channel / Project Sales or Vendor Operations
- Strong initiative, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset
