Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for renewable energy. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by reaching out to potential customers, educating them about our solar solutions, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and reach out to potential customers through outbound calls and follow-up communications. Qualify leads based on their interest and potential to purchase solar products.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our solar products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to prospective customers.
- Sales Strategy: Use sales strategies and techniques to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers by addressing their needs, answering questions, and providing detailed information about our solar solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the company's CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional customer experience.
- Feedback: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve our offerings and sales approach.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in tele sales, preferably within the renewable energy sector or a related industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with solar energy products and services is advantageous but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attitude: Positive, self-motivated, and driven by targets and performance metrics.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹25, ₹55,000.00 per month
