Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and well -connectedprofessional to lead our sales and business development initiatives for SolarEPC and Project Development in Chhattisgarh and surrounding regions. This rolerequires a mix of strategic relationship management, technical understanding ofpower/solar projects, and hands -on project development (land, approvals, andclient engagement). The ideal candidate will have strong networkswith large industrial clients, government authorities, and local stakeholdersin Raipur, with proven ability to close large -scale deals in the power orinfrastructure domain. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & SalesDrive sales for industrial and utility -scalesolar EPC projects in Chhattisgarh.Identify, engage, and build relationships withCXOs, Directors, and decision -makers of large industrial houses, manufacturingunits, and corporates.Develop proposals, present techno -commercialsolutions, and negotiate contracts to closure.Represent the company at local industry forums,business chambers, and energy associations.Project DevelopmentIdentify and evaluate land parcels suitable forsolar project development in coordination with local land vendors.Liaise with local authorities, DISCOMs, andstate nodal agencies for project -related approvals, permits, and clearances.Monitor market trends, policies, and incentivesrelated to renewable energy in Chhattisgarh.Leadership & CoordinationAct as the single point of accountability forbusiness development in Raipur region.Collaborate with internal engineering, finance,and project execution teams to ensure smooth handover of projects.Build a strong local presence and credibilityfor the company in Raipur and adjoining markets. RequirementsEducation: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Energy/ Power Engineering (MBA preferred but not mandatory). Experience: 8–15 years in sales, business development, orproject development in solar, renewable energy, or large power/infrastructureprojects. Must have experience handling industrial clientsand closing high -value projects. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of solar EPC, power sector,and project lifecycle. Excellent networking skills with industrybodies, clients, and government authorities in Raipur/Chhattisgarh. Demonstrated ability to meet and influencesenior leadership (MDs/CEOs/CXOs). Good commercial acumen with ability to draft,evaluate, and negotiate proposals. Entrepreneurial mindset, self -driven, andcapable of building business ground -up. Preferred:Candidates already based in Raipur or with a strongprofessional network in Chhattisgarh.
