Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Raipur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, client meetings, product presentations, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets. The role also involves market analysis and strategic planning to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales
- Strong understanding of insurance products and financial services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
