Job Title: Business Development Manager – Solar Division
Location: Raipur
Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Mon–Sat)
Job Summary
Drive strategic growth across our Solar Business for commercial and residential segments — expanding market reach, building client engagement channels, and converting opportunities into profitable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead B2B & B2C development for Solar projects across commercial buildings, industries, institutions, and residential rooftops.
- Identify new clients, contractors, EPC partners & channel networks.
- Conduct site surveys, client meetings & detailed requirement mapping.
- Work collaboratively with technical, sales & operations teams for project execution.
- Drive revenue targets through structured pipeline management.
- Track market updates, government policies & subsidy guidelines.
- Maintain MIS reports, weekly trackers & monthly growth insights.
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation & presentation skills.
- Understanding of Solar Systems (On-grid, Off-grid, Hybrid).
- Experience with commercial and residential solar installations.
- Lead generation, client acquisition & relationship management.
- Ability to travel for field meetings.
Qualification
- Graduate / MBA Preferred
- Experience: 3–4 years in Solar Sales, BDM or Renewable Energy
Salary: As per Experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
