Post : Business Development Executive

Location : Remote (Work from Home)

Experience : 2 Years (Inside Sales//Immigration/Overseas Education/Legal Services preferred)

Qualification : Graduate

Salary : 7.2 LPA

Week Off : 1st & 3rd Saturday / Sunday

Job Profile :

Inbound (B2C & Business Migration)

  • Respond to inbound leads (web forms, calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media) within SLA.
  • Qualify needs (Skilled Worker, Spouse/Family, ILR, Visit, Business routes) using structured discovery scripts.
  • Book free/paid consultations on advisors calendar (Calendly/CRM).
  • Nurture leads through follow-ups, reminders, and pre-consult checklists to maximize show-up rates.

Outbound (B2B Corporate/SME)

  • Prospect target accounts in India, UAE (Dubai), and other markets for Sponsor Licence, UK Expansion Worker, Self-Sponsorship, Global Mobility, etc.
  • Run multi-touch outreach (cold calls, LinkedIn, email, webinars) to secure sales-qualified appointments.
  • Maintain ICP lists (industry, size, hiring plans, UK footprint) and conduct account-based outreach.

Pipeline & Process

  • Manage CRM hygiene: log activities, stage updates, tasks, and reasons for loss/no-show.
  • Hit weekly activity & outcome targets (calls, LinkedIn touches, qualified bookings, show-ups).
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaign feedback and objection handling.
  • Maintain strict compliance: no immigration advice, only information & bookings with licensed advisors.
  • Follow data-privacy protocols (consent, handling, do-not-contact lists).

Success Metrics (Indicative)

  • 4060 qualified consultations booked per month.
  • 70% show-up rate.
  • 2535% conversion from attended consults to paid/retained cases (team target).
  • CRM hygiene 95%, inbound response 15 minutes, CSAT 8/10.

Skills Required

  • Strong English (neutral accent) + Hindi; additional languages a plus.
  • Confident cold-caller with 25 years inside sales/tele-sales/BDR experience.
  • Experience in Immigration, Overseas Education, Legal, Recruitment, SaaS, or Professional Services preferred.
  • Target-oriented, process-driven, comfortable with structured scripts.
