Role Overview:
We are looking to hire a dynamic and self-driven AVP / Sr. AVP to join our Delhi team as an individual contributor, responsible for business development and client servicing in their respective domain (Institutional Sales / Wealth Advisory / HNI Broking / etc.). This role demands a high level of market understanding, relationship management skills, and execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire, manage, and deepen relationships with clients (Institutional / HNI / Family Office / Corporates depending on the role).
- Originate and drive revenue growth through advisory, execution, and cross-selling of financial products.
- Act as a one-point contact for assigned clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal research, dealing, and operations teams to deliver timely and quality service.
- Stay updated on market trends, sectoral changes, and macroeconomic developments to deliver informed advice to clients.
- Meet business KPIs including revenue targets, client additions, and wallet share expansion.
- Prepare and present regular business updates, market insights, and portfolio reviews.
Requirements:
- 8-13 years of experience in relevant financial services roles.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, servicing, and revenue generation.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- MBA / CFA / CA or other relevant qualifications preferred.
- Existing client relationships in the North India region would be an advantage.
