We are looking for Marketing Manager based at Mumbai ( Lower Parel )
Company Overview: Founded in 2008 and having Global e-commerce experience and having worked across multiple categories, IOSPL is exclusively partnering global brands in Beauty, Personal Care and Nutraceuticals category and our own Brand in Organic grocery to distribute and grow them in India through Omnichannel retail
Job Description:
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth within the beauty industry. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events. Your primary objectives will include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to promote our products or services within the beauty industry.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify key trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes.
- Creating compelling marketing content, including product descriptions, advertisements, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Managing marketing budgets, tracking ROI, and optimizing marketing performance to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborating with internal teams (such as product development, sales, and creative) to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, including influencers, media outlets, and industry associations.
- Monitoring market dynamics, consumer preferences, and industry regulations to anticipate opportunities and challenges.

- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing roles within the beauty industry, with a strong track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and achieving business results.
- In-depth knowledge of beauty trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
