Job Description:

  1. Exposure to Banking (Retail & Corporate):

Experience with retail banking (services to individual customers) and corporate banking (services to businesses).

Understanding of banking products and services, particularly loans.

  1. Knowledge of RFP Lifecycle:

Familiarity with the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including creation, submission, and evaluation stages.

Ability to manage and respond to RFPs efficiently.

  1. Proposals Preparation:

Crafting proposals that effectively communicate solutions and offerings.

Tailoring proposals to meet specific client needs and requirements.

  1. Customer Demos:

Conducting demonstrations of products or services for customers independently.

Clearly explaining features, benefits, and usage to potential clients.

  1. Prepare Collaterals & Competition Assessment:

Developing marketing and sales collateral such as brochures, presentations, and whitepapers.

Analysing competitors to understand their offerings and identify competitive advantages.

  1. Understanding of Digital Channels Landscape:

Knowledge of digital banking channels such as online banking, mobile banking, and other fintech solutions.

Keeping abreast of trends and innovations in the digital banking space.
