Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Manager to lead our Corporate Tie-up and CSR partnership initiatives. The role involves identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with corporate partners to raise funds, build collaborations, and support the foundation's social programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach corporate organizations for CSR partnerships and funding opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with CSR heads, HR departments, and senior management.
  • Present the foundation's initiatives and proposals to potential partners.
  • Prepare customized CSR proposals, MoUs, and partnership presentations.
  • Manage the complete cycle of corporate engagement — from prospecting and pitching to closure and reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposal development, reporting, and event execution.
  • Track CSR trends, upcoming mandates, and potential corporate collaborations.
  • Represent the foundation at corporate meetings, conferences, and networking events.
