We work with top developers across India, delivering data-driven campaigns and measurable results. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance and operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, data entry, billing, and invoicing.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.

Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and client ledgers.

Maintain and monitor petty cash expenses and employee reimbursements.

Coordinate with internal teams for invoice generation and collections.

Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Maintain accurate financial records in accounting software (Tally).

Support auditors during internal and external audit processes.

Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role (agency experience is a plus).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Indian taxation (GST, TDS).

Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.

Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
