Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple educational and wellness initiatives at Ollato Eduversity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects from concept to completion — ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment with organizational goals.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration across departments such as content development, partnerships, marketing, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective execution of academic, wellness, and corporate programs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, progress reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Identify and manage project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
  • Liaise with clients, institutional stakeholders, and facilitators to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Implement quality assurance and feedback mechanisms for continuous program improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, timelines, and financial budgets.
  • Support leadership in strategic planning and expansion of new project verticals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the education, training, or wellness sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Gantt charts, Agile workflows, Trello, Asana, or MS Project).
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a solution-driven approach.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi and Marathi is an advantage.
