With immense love and support from our patrons, we've grown from a single café in Salt Lake to multiple outlets across the Greater Kolkata Area and beyond. Role Overview
We are seeking
highly experienced and passionate Asian Chefs / Sous Chefs
for our
Kolkata
and
Agartala
outlets.
This is a
full-time, on-site leadership role
ideal for professionals with
10+ years of experience
in Asian cuisine who can lead teams, innovate menus, and maintain the highest culinary standards.
You'll be responsible for executing and supervising the preparation of authentic
Pan-Asian dishes
— including
Dimsums, Sushi, Baos, and Wok-based preparations
— while managing kitchen operations, cost control, and overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of premium
Asian menus
, ensuring authenticity and consistency. - Oversee the
preparation and presentation
of dishes such as
Dimsums, Sushi, Baos, and Wok specialties
. - Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to maintain a culture of excellence, empathy, and accountability.
- Collaborate with management on
menu development
, vendor selection, and new product launches. - Handle
inventory, food cost control, wastage management
, and
P&L accountability
. - Maintain strict adherence to
FSSAI food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols
. - Exhibit strong leadership, ownership, and the ability to stay calm and proactive under pressure.

Qualifications
- Minimum
10 years of professional culinary experience
in reputed Asian or Pan-Asian restaurants. - Expertise in
Dimsum, Sushi, Bao, and Asian main-course preparations
is essential. - Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong understanding of
kitchen operations, food costing, vendor management, and profitability
. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; empathetic and solution-oriented.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
