Are you passionate about sales, textiles, and creating meaningful connections in the market?

Calyz is looking for a dynamic and driven Offline Sales Executive to represent our eco-conscious clothing and home textile brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for market visits, meeting boutique owners, interior designers, stores, and customers, showcasing our handcrafted product samples, and generating orders.

This is a field sales role — if you're confident, persuasive, and love being on the move, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Visit retail outlets, concept stores, lifestyle shops, and potential stockists in Pune and nearby regions

Build strong B2B relationships with shopkeepers, designers, and clients

Showcase product samples (apparel, quilts, cushions, etc.) and explain product features

Collect and follow up on orders

Coordinate with backend team for fulfillment and stock

Report daily activities and leads

Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in offline field sales (fashion, textiles, or lifestyle brands preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Presentable, confident, and persuasive personality

Must be comfortable with frequent travel within city and nearby areas

Knowledge of local market trends and potential customers in Pune

Own a two-wheeler (preferred)
