**Job Title: Inside Sales Executive**

**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage **inbound and outbound calls** with prospects and clients.
- Prepare and share **quotations, product information, and technical documents**.
- Maintain regular **follow-ups with clients** to convert leads into orders.
- Support sales of **Virtek systems, fabric roll loaders, digitizers/scanners, and Gerber spare parts** (with focus on exports).
- Update and maintain **CRM** with lead status, follow-up actions, and reports.
- Coordinate with **service, logistics, and export documentation teams** for smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** (English mandatory).
- Proficient in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**.
- Comfortable with **CRM tools** (Outlook or similar).
- Strong **organizational and multitasking ability**.
- Experience in **industrial/têxtile machinery, scanner, or automation sales** is an advantage.
- Prior experience in **export-related follow-ups** preferred but not mandatory.

**Preferred Profile**
- Background in **Engineering, Marketing, or Business Development**.
- Comfortable working in a **B2B industrial sales environment**.
