We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with proven expertise in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Wealth and Insurance) domain to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, experience in managing end-to-end recruitment, and the ability to attract top talent across multiple functions within BFSI, including technology, operations, risk, compliance, product, and leadership roles.

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding candidates. BFSI experience is MUST.
  • Drive talent acquisition for niche and senior-level roles across BFSI (Retail/Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Payments, FinTech, Risk,Compliance, and Insurance).
  • Good knowledge on Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri etc.
  • Ensure strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process, maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Provide market intelligence on talent trends, competitor hiring practices, and compensation benchmarks.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines in recruitment practices.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 8 to 10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 5+ years focused on BFSI domain hiring.
  • Proven expertise in hiring for Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and FinTech roles (both technical and non-technical).
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management with senior business leaders.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
