Job Summary:
Zenshastra is looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with 24 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end technical hiring, focusing on roles within the banking and finance domain. This is a full-time, office-based position located in Domlur, Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT positions across BFSI projects
• Understand job requirements by working closely with hiring managers
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate technical interviews and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Lead offer negotiation and onboarding processes
• Maintain strong candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
• Build a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate data using ATS tools
Key Skills:
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Experience in recruiting for software developers(java stack,python stack), data engineering, Devops, cloud and fintech-related roles
• Proficiency in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle high-volume hiring
• Strong stakeholder management skills
