Location: Bangalore (Hybrid, Rotational Shifts)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced BFSI / Financial Recruiter to join our HR team. The recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment for roles within Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. This role demands strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for BFSI / Financial Services roles.
  • Source and screen candidates using diverse sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and Boolean searches.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet active hiring needs.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely recruitment delivery.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth communication between candidates and interviewers.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and track hiring metrics.
  • Assist senior recruiters and recruitment managers with administrative and process-related tasks.
  • Ensure closure of positions within stipulated turnaround times (TAT).

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in BFSI / Financial recruitment.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing techniques and candidate screening.
  • Experience managing 30+ open positions independently.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a rotational shift environment.
