Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Manager, located in Jaipur. The Business Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of client HR activities, including developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices. The role includes leading client consultations, fostering relationships with clients, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The Business Manager will also collaborate on designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, driving employee engagement initiatives, and resolving complex HR issues.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Compensation & Benefit, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Engagement
  • Proficiency in HR Compliance and Learning & Development
  • Strong skills in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Proven ability to resolve complex HR issues and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • Experience in consulting environments or with multiple client companies is beneficial
