Strategic Sales Planning
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
- Lead the annual sales planning process and ensure alignment with business targets and financial goals.

- Deliver on annual order booking and revenue targets.
- Monitor sales KPIs, take corrective actions as needed, and report performance to senior leadership.
- Market Expansion and Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in untapped markets and regions.
- Build a network of industry stakeholders and create value-based relationships with new clients.
- Lead Generation
Drive demand generation efforts through industry events, digital marketing collaboration, cold outreach and referrals
Maintain a healthy sales funnel with high-quality leads.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Manage key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
- Address escalations and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
- Market Intelligence and Strategy Input
- Provide regular competitor analysis, pricing trends, and market insights.
- Suggest enhancements in product offerings or service models based on customer feedback.
- Sales Team Development
- Build, mentor, and lead a motivated and high-performing sales team.
- Conduct regular training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Project Execution teams to ensure aligned customer proposals and smooth project transitions.
Ensure proper internal handoffs and follow-ups post-order booking.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data.
- Present performance metrics to leadership and support planning processes.
- Compliance and Process Adherence
- Ensure adherence to internal systems, sales processes, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards. Promote a
culture of professionalism, transparency, and accountability within the team.
