We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager with strong technical and commercial expertise in industrial instrumentation products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the complete sales cyclefrom pre-sales to post-order executionacross diverse industry segments including Oil & Gas, F&B, Water & Wastewater, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Power, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete sales, business development, and marketing activities for assigned product portfolio (Level, Temperature, Pressure, Flow and Analytical instruments).
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across OEMs, contractors, consultants, PSUs, and government sectors.
- Provide techno-commercial support to clients, including product education, technical presentations, and seminars.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, manage negotiations, and secure orders.
- Handle key account management (KAM) to maintain and grow strategic client relationships.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to refine business strategies.
- Ensure timely order processing, project execution, and customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
- Post-Graduate Diploma or MBA in Marketing preferred.
- 5+ years of proven experience in industrial process instrumentation sales, business development, and project management.
