JOB TITLE: CONSTRUCTION MANAGER- (WASTE WATER PROJECT)-PG Mandatory

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the ongoing Waste Water Project in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu. The incumbent will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

QUALIFICATION: Graduate Civil Engineer and Post graduate in PHE/Environmental Engineering

EXPERIENCE: Minimum experience of 10 years in construction management of waste water projects, iii) experience in similar capacity and sound knowledge of Contract management and experience in FIDIC contract conditions, experience in computer based contract management tools shall be preferred. Experience in externally funded projects shall have added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include supervising day-to-day construction operations, coordinating with design, procurement, and quality teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental norms. The Construction Manager will monitor contractor performance, review work progress, manage resources, and ensure smooth project execution within budgetary and contractual parameters.

The role demands strong expertise in contract management, preferably under FIDIC conditions, and proficiency in computer-based project and contract management tools. The incumbent will be responsible for preparing progress reports, verifying measurements, resolving site-level issues, and maintaining effective communication between stakeholders, consultants, and the client.essential.
