JOB TITLE: TEAM LEADER CUM CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT EXPERT- (WASTE WATER PROJECT)-PG Mandatory

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced TEAM LEADER CUM CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT EXPERT to oversee the ongoing Waste Water Project in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu. The incumbent will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project management, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

QUALIFICATION: Graduate Civil Engineer and Post graduate in environmental / public health engineering or management (full time, from accredited institutes)

EXPERIENCE: Minimum experience of 15 years in similar works and 10 years of experience in construction management of waste water projects and iii) experience in the similar capacity and sound knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions, Contract management shall be an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include complete project management, supervising construction operations, coordinating with design, procurement, and quality teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental norms. The Team Leader will be responsible for overall project management, monitor contractor performance, review work progress, manage resources, and ensure smooth project execution within budgetary and contractual parameters.

The role demands strong expertise in contract management, preferably under FIDIC conditions, and proficiency in computer-based project and contract management tools. The incumbent will be responsible for preparing progress reports, verifying measurements, resolving site-level issues, and maintaining effective communication between stakeholders, consultants, and the client.essential.
