Client: Milkbasket (Reliance Retail)

Location: Chennai

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Leader to lead and manage a field sales team responsible for promoting the Milkbasket app in residential communities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on sales experience, strong team management skills, and a passion for field activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of Field Sales Executives.

  • Plan and execute apartment visits, banner campaigns, and local promotional activities.

  • Drive team performance to meet daily/weekly subscription targets.

  • Monitor field performance and report daily activities to the management.

  • Ensure high conversion rates from field leads.

  • Handle customer objections and provide support in closing sales.

  • Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity of the team.


Salary & Benefits:

  • Take-Home Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

  • Petrol Allowance: ₹5,000 per month

  • Week Off: Monday

  • Incentives: Based on performance


Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1 year of team handling experience in field sales (FMCG, Telecom, E-commerce, etc.).

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Comfortable with field work & team supervision.

  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

  • Male candidates preferred
