Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll & statutory compliance.
- Manage HR documentation, staff schedules, and employee relations.
- Maintain daily admin operations including vendor coordination, licenses & hygiene compliance.
- Manage petty cash, billing support, vendor payments & expense tracking.
- Familiar with GST, TDS & monthly financial reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate in HR/Commerce/Business.
- Knowledge of Tally/POS systems & MS Office.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
