Job Title HR Admin Manager Job Summary We re seeking an experienced HR Admin Manager to oversee our human resources and administrative operations This role is crucial in ensuring our HR policies procedures and systems are effectively implemented and aligned with our organizational goals Key Responsibilities - Recruitment and Staffing Oversee recruitment onboarding and employee lifecycle processes - Employee Relations Handle employee concerns facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace culture - Performance Management Develop and implement performance appraisal systems provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues - Compliance Ensure compliance with labor laws internal policies and procedures - Administrative Tasks Manage office operations facilities management and ensure a productive work environment - HR Strategy Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives - Training and Development Identify training needs organize professional development programs for employees - Compensation and Benefits Manage payroll benefits administration and ensure competitive compensation structures Required Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field - Proven experience as an HR manager or other HR executive - Knowledge of HR systems databases and labor laws - Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills - Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Preferred Qualifications - Master s degree in Human Resources or related field - Professional certifications e g SHRM-CP PHR SPHR - Experience in HR roles particularly in administrative capacities As an HR Admin Manager you ll play a vital role in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring our human resources are managed effectively If you re passionate about HR and have a proven track record in HR and administrative management we d love to hear from you Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
