About the Company:
We are a growing manufacturer of cleanroom garments and disposable apparel serving the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and industrial sectors. Our operations focus on maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a responsible and proactive Office Executive to manage daily office operations and assist in smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks and maintain proper documentation.
- Manage telephone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and production departments for routine operations.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, quotations, and dispatch documents.
- Maintain records of inward/outward documents, courier tracking, and file management.
- Support management in data entry, reporting, and scheduling meetings.
- Manage visitors, vendors, and logistics coordination as required.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Assist in HR and attendance management (if required).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in office administration or coordination roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and time management.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
