Job Description: HR & Admin Executive – Sai Advertising Services Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Chandigarh

Department: HR & Administration

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Duties

  • Recruitment coordination: Job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling
  • Payroll & compliance: PF, ESI, attendance, leave records
  • Employee engagement: Organize wellness activities, birthday celebrations, team-building events
  • HR documentation: Offer letters, appointment letters, warning notices, exit formalities
  • Staff discipline: Ensure punctuality, dress code, and respectful behavior across teams

Administrative Duties

  • Office maintenance: Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of all workspaces
  • Vendor coordination: Housekeeping, pantry, stationery, repairs
  • System implementation: Help enforce SOPs, checklists, and daily routines
  • Asset tracking: Maintain records of office equipment, keys, and supplies
  • Support operations: Assist in printing, signage dispatch, and client coordination when needed

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/Admin roles
  • Knowledge of PF, ESI, payroll software, and basic labor laws
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
  • Ability to motivate staff and maintain discipline with empathy
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp-based communication and print-ready formats
