Job Description: HR & Admin Executive – Sai Advertising Services Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Chandigarh
Department: HR & Administration
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Duties
- Recruitment coordination: Job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling
- Payroll & compliance: PF, ESI, attendance, leave records
- Employee engagement: Organize wellness activities, birthday celebrations, team-building events
- HR documentation: Offer letters, appointment letters, warning notices, exit formalities
- Staff discipline: Ensure punctuality, dress code, and respectful behavior across teams
Administrative Duties
- Office maintenance: Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of all workspaces
- Vendor coordination: Housekeeping, pantry, stationery, repairs
- System implementation: Help enforce SOPs, checklists, and daily routines
- Asset tracking: Maintain records of office equipment, keys, and supplies
- Support operations: Assist in printing, signage dispatch, and client coordination when needed
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/Admin roles
- Knowledge of PF, ESI, payroll software, and basic labor laws
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
- Ability to motivate staff and maintain discipline with empathy
- Familiarity with WhatsApp-based communication and print-ready formats
