**About Us**:
Fitness Wiser is a dynamic and growing company in Fitness Services. We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our daily operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
**Documentation and Reporting**:
- Compile data and generate basic reports to support various departments.
**Customer Service**:
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone.
- Assist with resolving customer inquiries and concerns, escalating issues as needed.
**Office Organization**:
- Ensure the office environment is organized and tidy, including ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (basic knowledge required).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
