Role: Admin Executive
Location : Chandigarh, Sec 7 C
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
**Job Description**:
- Welcome and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Oversee office supplies inventory, ensuring timely procurement and availability of stationery and other essentials.
- Prepare necessary documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Organize and schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and accommodations for senior executives.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations team, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
- Maintain office premises, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.
- Handle the distribution of couriers and important documents, ensuring timely and secure deliveries.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external events, ensuring smooth execution.
- Manage catering services for meetings, events, and office requirements.
- Supervise daily housekeeping activities, tracking cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure efficient facility management, covering housekeeping, food & beverage, stationery, dispatch, pantry, and vendor coordination for seamless office operations.
- Maintain a well-groomed, professional, and courteous office environment, ensuring all staff members adhere to workplace etiquette and presentation standards.
- Handle documentation, licensing, and liaison with government departments for company-related formalities.
- Oversee court-related paperwork, agreements, and notarization processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external agencies for seamless administrative support.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
