Adicode Technologies is a growing IT company working on global web, app, and software projects. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a young, energetic HR & Admin Associate to help us scale our team and manage day-to-day office operations. This is the perfect role for someone who wants to start their career in HR & administration and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment & Hiring
  • Post job openings on portals like Apna, Internshala, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Manage incoming resumes and maintain candidate database (Google Sheets).
  • Conduct initial screening calls (salary expectation, commute, notice period).
  • Share shortlisted candidates with management for final interviews.
  1. HR Operations
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and basic HR documents.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires (offer letters, joining formalities).
  • Support team with day-to-day HR queries.
  1. Admin & Coordination
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
  • Help schedule meetings, interviews, and client calls.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Good phone etiquette and people skills.
  • Must commute daily to CCC, VIP Road, Zirakpur (this is non-negotiable).
