
Business Development Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to identify and convert potential business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through online/offline channels.
- Contact potential clients via calls, Feild visits and networking to develop new relationships.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable services/solutions.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion into sales.
- Maintain client data and sales records using CRM tools or Excel.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
