Senior Marketing / Campaign Analyst

The Global Business Service Center team is looking for a Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics to partner with the marketing teams to access and support marketing activities campaigns and platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about knowing the why, consumer behavior, marketing & consumer motivation; the candidate should be highly motivated, self-starter, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

In this position, you will:

• Track campaign performance, analyze data and metrics, and provide actionable insights.
• Implement tracking mechanisms and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and measure ROI.
• Prepare and present campaign reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting the key findings and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and implement strategic adjustments as needed.
• Stay updated with marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to drive campaign innovation.
• Track usage, monitor traffic, and provide insights pertaining to the campaign collaborative page/repository platform.
• Support fulfillment activities, including reporting, analytics support, digital marketing setup support, and data processing from & for the regional marketing team.
• Track processes and metrics, providing reporting and readouts for KPIs focused on performance, impact, and value-add initiatives.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution.

The ideal candidate for this position should:

• Have overall 6-8 years of experience with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Have a strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign development, and digital marketing channels.
• Be proficient in using analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Have efficient project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Have additional knowledge of digital marketing/digital tracking tools and techniques, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and web analytic tools (Adobe Analytics).
• Have excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills, with proficiency in the relevant software such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Have strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
