About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Senior Marketing & Digital Lead Generation Specialist
to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, campaign optimization, and branding to drive qualified leads and boost market presence.

Key Responsibilities:


Marketing Strategy Development
– Create and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, backed by market research and industry insights.


Digital Marketing
– Manage SEO/SEM, email, social media, content marketing, and PPC campaigns. Optimize website performance and track results using analytics tools.


Branding
– Build and maintain a consistent brand image with effective communication across all marketing channels.


Content Creation
– Develop blogs, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and other marketing materials in collaboration with subject matter experts.


Lead Generation
– Design and execute lead generation campaigns, align closely with the sales team, and monitor lead quality, cost per lead, and ROI.


Event Management
– Organize webinars, workshops, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.


Performance Tracking
– Monitor KPIs (website traffic, conversion rates, lead quality, etc.) and report results to management.


Budget Management
– Optimize marketing budgets for maximum ROI.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing & lead generation (preferably B2B services, payroll, HR Tech, or SaaS domain).
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation platforms).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads Certification
  • Experience managing B2B digital campaigns for mid-to-enterprise clients in the Indian
