Position: Tele Counsellor

Function: Outbound Tele Calling

Work Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass (with results in hand)
  • Experience: Freshers or candidates with at least 6 months of telecalling experience
  • Age Limit: 18 – 34 years
  • Language Skills: Must be fluent in English & Hindi

Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to students to inform them about Air Hostess and vocational training programs.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with interested candidates and update visit status.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and leads generated.

Compensation: Competitive package (up to ₹25,000 per month).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21, ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
