What you will do?
- Counsel students on UG entrance exams (CUET, IPMAT, CLAT, etc.) and guide them toward suitable programs/courses aligned with their goals.
- Handle student walk-ins at designated centers (Rajouri / NSP / Janakpuri / Gurgaon) and support them throughout the counselling journey.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling and career guidance sessions; ensure proper lead management and conversion.
- Deliver seminars/workshops on career counselling to scale outreach and awareness.
- Stay updated on exam trends, patterns, and course offerings to provide accurate and timely guidance.
What you will need?
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (marketing).
- Experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / Tele Sales / Educational Sales will be added advantage.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Good negotiation and pitching skills are required.
- Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up.
- Multi-disciplinary and continuous learning mind-set.
- Customer focus with a good convincing ability and confident personality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,888.71 per month
