Location: Baby Bloom IVF

Timings: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to new and existing leads for IVF and fertility treatments.
  • Explain clinic services, treatment options, and basic IVF process to potential patients.
  • Handle inbound patient inquiries politely and provide accurate information.
  • Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and maintain daily call logs.
  • Coordinate with the counsellor and medical team for smooth patient handling.
  • Maintain lead data in CRM/Excel and ensure proper follow-ups.
  • Build rapport with patients to increase appointment conversions.
  • Provide timely updates to management on lead status and daily performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in calling/tele-calling (healthcare experience preferred).
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and emotional IVF-related queries with patience.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM).
  • Positive attitude, polite behaviour, and strong follow-up skills.
