Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, budgeting, forecasting, and planning. Daily tasks include managing accounts, conducting financial analysis, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial advice to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Strong accounting and financial analysis skills, including proficiency in budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience in financial planning and management
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus
  • Experience in the logistics or e-commerce industry is a plus
